Area Wide Realty over the past 25+ years

 

has sold over 16,000 REO properties, totaling over $1.5 billion in sales. Area Wide Realty provides asset management, markets, rehabs, manages and maintains 1 to 4 unit properties for instructional lenders, governmental entities, Wall Street firms and individual home owners.

 

Area Wide Realty is a court appointed received for the City of Chicago and rehabilitates homes sold to owner occupants. Area Wide Realty also works with the Cook County Land Bank and NCST – National Community Stabilization Trust to develop and sell single family homes to individual home owners. Area Wide Realty has offices in the Chicago land and Greater Milwaukee areas. Area Wide Realty staff is experienced and provides excellent service to their clients.

Michael Olszewski is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago and first licensed as a Realtor in 1986. He is the owner/ broker for Area Wide Realty which first opened in 1997. Michael holds a real estate broker’s license in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin with offices in both states. He services nonperforming real estate both residential and commercial for many institutional lenders, governmental entities, numerous servicing companies, Wall Street firms and investors.

Michael is a court appointed receiver for the City of Chicago, renovates homes for the Cook County Land Bank, a HUD licensed broker and a NCST developer for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae properties.

Over the past decade he has personally sold over 2.2% of the entire market share for the Northeastern portion of the State of Illinois and sold over a billion dollars of residential real estate.
